Roger Federer on his next opponent, Marton Fucsovics: "I know him a little bit. He came to Switzerland to train with me over a week. He was great - super nice guy, hard-working and I'm really happy for him. He's having a great run here. He's a great baseliner, very strong, so I'm happy I know him a little bit."

More from Roger Federer: "Expectations are different this year, which is a good thing. I'm coming in this year very fit.

"Even though I can't hit a double-handed backhand, I think it's easier! I struggled my whole career with my backhand. I feel like the double-handed is a more simple shot and I started playing that as a kid, and then let go. That left hand is just decoration."

Federer then does a Blue Steel pose to properly round things off.
