I have been really impressed with Nadal's serve. His first and second delivery is excellent.

There's Rafa, skipping into a groundstroke like a kangaroo and following it up with a whipping serve down the T that a full-stretch Dudi Sela can only prod long and wide.

    The Spaniard holds.

A loss of concentration from Rafa, this grass-court game is so quick, you can easily lose your serve and give your opponent a little bit on a lifeline. Let's see if Dudi takes advantage.

The Spaniard is looking to quickly wipe out that break against him.

Rafael Nadal engages the Dudi Sela serve and the world number 127 clips the net to make it 0-30. Sela will kick himself if he can't consolidate the break here...

    Taylor 0-6 6-4 3-6 Bouchard

Britain's Gabriella Taylor put up a strong fight on her Wimbledon debut but former finalist Eugenie Bouchard has proven to be too strong.

    She takes the decider 6-3.

  9. Game and first set - Sasnovichpublished at 16:10 British Summer Time 3 July 2018

    Kvitova 4-6 Sasnovich

Petra Kvitova held to love, but a superb mix of defence and offence from Aliaksandra Sasnovich has allowed her to take the opening set.

Kvitova hit 18 winners to Sasnovich's, but 20 unforced errors cost the eighth seed, compared to 12 from Sasnovich.

Right then, Rafael Nadal will be hoping to polish this third set off quickly to get home and see who Spain could potentially face in the semi-finals... oh....

The Spaniard finds himself 0-30 down after two uncharacteristic unforced errors, but responds by pushing Dudi Sela deep to get his first points on the board at the beginning of this third set.

Not only are the Wimbledon fans getting excited about the football tonight so too are some of the players.

Aljaz Bedene might not represent Great Britain any more, but he's still supporting England at the World Cup.

The Slovenian-turned-Brit turned Slovenian again earlier this year (with me?) but is proudly wearing a Three Lion shirt with 'Kane 9' emblazoned on the back on the Wimbledon practice courts.

"England will win win tonight," he says confidently. "And Kane will score two."

If you're watching the match in Wimbledon village tonight then you might end up bumping into the world number 71 and former British number two.

Former British number one Greg Rusedski on Radio 5 live sports extra: "Nick Kyrgios would be in the top five in the world and probably with a couple of majors in his back pocket if he can get his mindset right. He has the perfect game for grass and to do well at Wimbledon."

Here's the winning moment for Nick Kyrgios, who beat Andy Murray en route to the semi-finals at Queen's a few weeks back.

This was ace number 42, if you were wondering...

  16. 'Nadal could be a body builder'published at 16:03 British Summer Time 3 July 2018

    Nadal 6-3 6-3 Sela

    Pat Cash
Former Wimbledon champion on Radio 5 live sports extra

Nadal is an incredible specimen. He could be a body builder he's that muscular. He's always been like that.

Rory McIlroy is quite muscular now but a few years ago I saw him in a locker room and you could see the difference between a top golfer and a top tennis player.

Rafael Nadal flicks a forehand at a short Dudi Sela serve and it vanishes beyond the 33-year-old before he can blink.

    Nadal takes a two-set lead.

    Nadal 6-3 5-3 Sela*

Sela flops a forehand slice long, before cracking a snappy serve to Nadal's backhand side.

The Spaniard takes the initiative off the next serve, stepping in to meet the bounce and pounding it beyond the world number 127.

    That brings up set point.

    Nadal 6-3 5-3 Sela*

Dudi Sela generates some serious pace with very little backlift to muster a backhand winner.

It angers the beast... and the stern-faced Rafael Nadal storms his way to a hold.

Sela will serve to stay in the set.

    Kvitova 3-4 Sasnovich*

Petra Kvitova is in some trouble.

She looks exhausted and heavy legged as she moves around between points. It's a tight match, too - 44 minutes on the clock and we've only got through seven games,

After staving off three break points, Kvitova has been broken by Aliaksandra Sasnovich.
