Cabal serves an ace and it's another hold of serve for the Colombians.

Murray to serve next. The crowd are going to LOVE this.

Murray's return goes into the net, but he recovers with a powerful forehand on the next point as the camera pans to his mum Judy in the crowd.

Things feel right with the world when you see Judy Murray in a grass-court crowd.

Lopez's speedy serving gets the pair to 40-0. Murray gets his first touch of the ball at the net and the crowd goes wild!

His volley wins the game.

The Colombians quickly take a 30-0 lead, but the crowd cheers as Lopez hits a winning return to give Murray his first point in five months.

The pair get no more though, Cabal and Farah hold.

Murray's been all smiles on the practice courts at Queen's this week but he looks stern as he takes to court.

There are a lot of quick movements in doubles, you get a lot of overheads or you have to move wide quickly.

Practice is different to playing a match.

We know he's very competitive, he wants to win at tiddlywinks.

It hasn't all been smooth-sailing for Murray and Lopez in the run-up to this match.

On Wednesday Lopez denied any link to alleged match-fixing in 2017. His defeat in the men's doubles alongside fellow Spaniard Marc Lopez at Wimbledon is under scrutiny, according to Spanish media.

"I don't want this thing to overshadow the match," Lopez, 37, said.

"I absolutely deny any link with events described in relation to the allegations of match-fixing."

Murray had already been put through his paces before he'd even stepped on court.

This interview is pretty amusing.

The umpire announces "two minutes" as Murray practises his serve.

Not long to go now.

If Murray and Lopez win this match there could be a chance of three Brits on court at once as they will face the winner of Dan Evans and Ken Skupski v Felix Auger-Aliassime and Ales de Minaur.

And if the pair make it to the semi-final Murray could find himself up against his brother Jamie, who is through to the quarter-finals alongside fellow Briton Neal Skupski.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves...

Murray was seemingly resigned to retirement five months ago.

But the 32-year-old Scot had a hip resurfacing operation in January and has now said he is "pain-free".

He certainly seems to have been enjoying his training at Queen's.

Had a little wander outside the gates a short time ago and this is what I found...

Playing top seeds Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah isn't exactly the easiest return to competitive tennis for Murray and his partner Feliciano Lopez admits he's not sure what to expect.

"Obviously I don't know how Andy is going to feel," he said.

"When we train together, he seems to be OK. His hip is pain-free. He's feeling great, confident. But you never know. He hasn't played for five or six months.

"We don't have any expectations. It's going to be his first match, and we haven't played together.

"But besides that, I think it's a very exciting moment. I think we can play good. Grass is a good surface. It fits with our games. So we will see."

Murray steps onto a packed centre court to the loudest cheers we've heard all day at Queen's. The crowd are on their feet.

Sunny or not, the Queen's crowd are ready to welcome back Murray.

They whoop as it's announced that the former champion will be next on court.
