    Berrettini 6-4 5-3 Ivashka*

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Right on cue... the commentator's curse! Sorry Matteo.

I said his serving hadn't been near his best, suddenly it dipped towards his worst.

A pair of double faults from 30-30 giftwrap the game for the Belarussian.

One break back, one to go...

  2. Hope Jabeur doesn't overthink in the deciderpublished at 12:22 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Swiatek 7-5 1-6 Jabeur*

    Jo Durie
Former British number one on BBC TV

    I hope she doesn't overthink.

She plays the best when she's at her most instinctive.

    Rybakina 3-6 6-4 Sabalenka*

    Katie Falkingham

    Sealed with an ace.

Elena Rybakina holds to love to win the second set and we head into a decider.

Now it's Aryna Sabalenka's turn for a trip to the loo. It worked for Rybakina, will it work for her this time?

    *Berrettini 6-4 5-2 Ivashka

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Encouraging applause from the Court 12 fans as Ivashka holds to 15. No-one wants to see a thrashing.

Seems little hope of the Belarusian clawing a break back though, he's only won four points on the Italian's serve in this set.

That's despite Berrettini serving well below his best. No aces and landing less than 50% of first serves.

  5. Masterfulpublished at 12:20 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Swiatek 7-5 1-6 Jabeur*

    Paul Hand
    BBC Sport commentator at Wimbledon

Oh it's just been masterful from Ons Jabeur, she chainsaws through the second set 6-1.

Quite an incredible set of tennis from Jabeur - who looks like she's going for the dates to keep the energy levels up.

Came out of the blue - loads of dropshots, almost over-playing, but inspired.

  6. Game and second set - Jabeurpublished at 12:17 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Swiatek 7-5 1-6 Jabeur

The set only took 23 minutes and Ons Jabeur breezes through it. It's a lovely way to seal it too, taking a rising ball with a delicate backhand drop shot and it's perfect. One set each.

  7. Postpublished at 12:17 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

Ons Jabeur is 24th in the world rankings, the highest she's ever been, but she will be in the top 10 soon if she keeps playing like this. Three set points, 0-40 on the Swiatek serve,

  8. Postpublished at 12:16 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Berrettini 6-4 5-1 Ivashka*

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Little over an hour on the clock and Ivashka is serving to avoid going down by two sets to love.

Berrettini clenches granite fist and flexes bulging bicep as a net cord flies in the tramlines.

  9. Postpublished at 12:16 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    *Swiatek 7-5 1-5 Jabeur

That's a hold to love for Ons Jabeur and she is just one game away from levelling this one off.

  10. Watson and Dart start wellpublished at 12:13 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

Heather Watson and Harriet Dart have made a good start to their women's doubles match with Taiwanese sisters Chan Hao-ching and Latisha Chan.

Dart and Watson have taken the first set 6-4 against the seventh seeds in the last-16 tie, although the siblings have a break in the second set and currently lead 3-1.

Quite a few other British players in doubles action today so we'll update you as things develop.

    *Rybakina 3-6 4-3 Sabalenka

    Katie Falkingham
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Aryna Sabalenka lets out a huge scream as she skews a forehand return wide to hand Elena Rybakina the break.

She had just brought things level again, breaking with some brilliant returns, but allows Rybakina to move ahead once again.

  12. Slip and sliding Swiatekpublished at 12:13 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Swiatek 7-5 1-4 Jabeur*

    Jo Durie
Former British number one on BBC TV

A little slide and slip from Swiatek... she's done the splits about three times, but she's so agile.

  13. Postpublished at 12:13 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Swiatek 7-5 1-4 Jabeur*

It has taken five games, but Iga Swiatek finally gets on the board in the second set, sealing a hold with a sprint to the net and dispatching a volley.

  14. Such a compelling watchpublished at 12:11 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    *Swiatek 7-5 0-4 Jabeur

    Paul Hand
    BBC Sport commentator at Wimbledon

Jabeur, having squandered opportunities for the first set, she's bitten back with vengeance.

She has it all going on right now. She has played an amazing second set here to get this advantage.

Jabeur has been doing well on serve now and can do very little wrong at the moment in this set.

  15. Berrettini breakspublished at 12:11 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    *Berrettini 6-4 4-1 Ivashka

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Matteo Berrettini has upped the ante in this set.

The seventh seed is pushing Ilya Ivashka around the court now, the Belarusian darting about like a pinball, bouncing off baseline and sidelines at a ferocious rate.

Berrettini is flipping like a wizard, Ivashka keeps going down the drains.

It draws errors from the world number 79 and he is broken for the second time in the set.

  16. Jabeur saves break point to holdpublished at 12:11 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    *Swiatek 7-5 0-4 Jabeur

That's an impressive hold from Jabeur as she has to save a break point to do so. Swiatek's break-point opportunity ended with a crouching backhand, with her ending falling over as she was off balance.

    No harm done though.

  17. Postpublished at 12:06 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    *Berrettini 6-4 2-1 Ivashka

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

If you think Matteo Berrettini is all engine-like traction then think again.

A delicate drop-shot from the back of the court seals the Italian's hold for 2-0. The ball floats over the net with the grace of a butterfly exploring an English country garden, gently settling on the grass like the insect would land on a flower.

More pressure on Ivashka's serve comes in the next game, but the Belarusian digs deep to hang on.

  18. Double break for Jabeurpublished at 12:05 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    Swiatek 7-5 0-3 Jabeur*

Poland's Swiatek shows some Robert Lewandowski-style football skills, by half-volleying a stray tennis ball to a ball kid, but it's not going her way with the racquet.

Jabeur, producing a great range of shots, has quickly recovered from losing that first set and is a double break up in the second. She's up 3-0 and the set is hers to lose.

AdrenALI_N: Nerves really got the better of Ons unfortunately in the 1st set. That just isn't good enough against the former French Open champion & one of the best players in women's tennis. Its asking a lot, but it takes a lot to get to a quarter final of a Grand Slam.

  20. Serving statspublished at 12:02 British Summer Time 5 July 2021

    *Swiatek 7-5 0-2 Jabeur

    Paul Hand
    BBC Sport commentator at Wimbledon

It is almost like Jabeur saw the stats on the first set and wants to get those first serves in.
