The weather outside my window has turned apocalyptic and is slightly distracting me from the late stages of this set. But I will perservere. Weren't we in the middle of a heatwave five seconds ago?!
Anyway, tennis. Norrie looks determined for a late break as he bounces on his toes and awaits Edmund's serve.
He gets the higher ranked player on the run and finds himself 30-15 up.

The extra caffeine pulsing in Edmund's veins seems to have made him a bit overeager. He punts a couple of shots long and Norrie is 40-0 up.
The British number three stumbles and lets Edmund back in the game, but eventually manages to close it out as Edmund's return goes into the net.

Edmund has cracked open a can of a very popular caffeinated fizzy drink as he returns to his bench for the changeover. Guess that's the difference between an exhibition tournament and Wimbledon...

A couple of top returns put Edmund 30-0 up, before Norrie steadies the ship with a backhand winner down the line.
Edmund gives him a hand with a mis-hit that lands long and two backhands into the net. Good recovery from Norrie.

And Edmund immediately gives away one of those errors with a double fault to let Norrie into this game. 15-30.
But he cleans things up with three aces in a row.

It's hard to imagine Norrie running away with it but if he can keep the ball in play and use his physicality he might get a chance as Edmund does give away errors.

Norrie gets his first ace of the game to go 30-0 up. Edmund comes forward on the attack, but misjudges his backhand and it lands out.
Another backhand wide means a straightforward hold for Norrie, who seems to be settling into this match now.

"He's come out playing some aggressive tennis. I'm going to try and take it to him.
"I'm going to take it point by point and try and make the rallies as long as possible. I feel like I'm a better athlete than him so I'm going to keep pushing.
"I feel good. I've played myself into this tournament."

Dan Evans, who beat Andy Murray earlier, is waiting for the winner of this one in tomorrow's final.
At the moment it's looking like it will be Edmund, who has just slammed a 94mph forehand at Norrie, but there's still a long way to go.
Norrie hits the ball long and it's another straightforward hold for Edmund.
