Both players and the umpire take the knee in support of racial equality, as they have been doing all week, before beginning the warm-up.

    Evans v Murray

Andy Murray is the first out as he steps through the thick black curtains onto the court. Not quite as special as the emergence onto Centre Court at Wimbledon but it'll have to do for now.

Dan Evans is out next and both players start setting up their bits and bobs (you know, towels and racquets and the like) on the courtside benches.

    Evans v Murray

If this is your first foray into the Battle of the Brits, here's the lowdown.

It's an exhibition set up by Jamie Murray at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton.

Because it's just British players and they know each other well, there's plenty of 'banter' flying about. At least that's what the players have been saying.

It's a shortened format so it's just two sets, with a tie-break if needed.

Oh, and players do fun mid-match interviews with big headsets on. And because there's no crowd you can hear most of what the players are saying during changeovers. Personal highlight so far is Cam Norrie saying he needs to use the toilet, although he used less polite terminology...

    Evans v Murray

Murray may be a three-time Grand Slam champion but Evans is ranked much higher nowadays after the Scot's lengthy time out with injury.

Murray last played seven months ago and has since been nursing a pelvic injury.

British number one Evans is now up to 28th in the world; Murray is down at 129th.
