    Over on Arthur Ashe Stadium top seed Ashleigh Barty is in action against another 18-year-old - Clara Tauson of Denmark - and the Australian is in full charge of proceedings.

    Tauson is the player who beat Raducanu in Chicago last month to deny the Briton her maiden WTA title.

    Wow! That's a good start isn't it? I thought it would be closer from their last match but coming out to go a double break up is another thing.
