If you look at the defensive positions for Wales they more or less pick themselves, but there's a chance to stake a claim among the forwards

    Wales 0-0 Netherlands

Welsh confidence is growing. Ben Davies and Ashley Williams are happy to play themselves out of trouble at the back and put the home side on the front foot while Joe Allen is starting to influence matters in midfield.

Tom Lawrence had to take an extra touch because he was waiting for other players to get into the box. Good play though.

    Wales 0-0 Netherlands

Better from Wales and again it's Tom Lawrence. Joe Allen threads the ball into the youngster's feet and he sets himself up for a low left-foot curler from just inside the box. It's a comfortable save for Jasper Cillessen though.

    Wales 0-0 Netherlands

Wales goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey is the first to be called into action but it's a comfortable save from a Bas Dost header that lacked any power.

The Dutch starting to find a rhythm though.

    Wales 0-0 Netherlands

Tom Lawrence gets behind the Dutch defence for the first time but some hesitation means his cross is blocked. The first Wales corner comes to nothing, an indication of their lack of height.

    Wales 0-0 Netherlands

A bit of head tennis in the Wales penalty box ends with a rushed clearance. The Dutch certainly have the advantage in terms of height but Wales are a well-drilled outfit from set-pieces these days.

I think Wales will have more of an opportunity to keep possession of the ball than in qualifying. They've got to do that when they get the chance.

A couple of encouraging touches for striker Tom Lawrence on his first Wales start, but the visitors have dominated possession so far.

Great things have always been expected of Wales midfielder Jonathan Williams.

His career has been blighted by injury, but he's got an opportunity tonight to show what he's got to offer in Gareth Bale's usual place.

And as he told BBC Sport's Dafydd Prichard this week, he's dreaming of facing Andres Iniesta next summer.
