Olympic bronze medallist Jenny Jones has been answering your questions on the BBC Sport Facebook page, external this morning. Here are a selection of her answers and you can also watch her win bronze again here.

How old were you when you first snowboarded and how did you get involved in the sport?

"I was about 17 years of age. I was offered a free half-hour lesson on the dry slopes, so my brothers and I went along. My brothers were better than me the first time we tried, which I found quite frustrating."

Now that you have the bronze medal, are you going to get the Olympic Rings tattooed on you?

"All of my team-mates have asked me the same question - ha ha. I currently have no tattoos and don't have any plans at the moment for the rings, but never say never!"

Check out more of her answers on the Facebook page.

Former Olympic short track speed skater on BBC TV

"Charles Hamelin of Canada is having an Olympics as disastrous as Elise Christie, falling in the 1,000m and in the 5,000m. He just overcooked it. There was no reason why he should have gone down there."

(Britain's Elise Christie has been penalised twice in Sochi. First she was denied silver in the 500m following a collision early in the race. Secondly, she was forced out of the 1500m heats after being deemed not to have crossed the official line marked in the ice.)

Frenchman Martin Fourcade, who is chasing a hat-trick of victories after winning the pursuit and individual races, may be starting to think he'll never get the chance in the men's 15km mass start as the event has been delayed again.

It was postponed on Sunday and again on Monday because of fog. And the misty stuff has reappeared once more, with the start time pushed back at least 15 minutes to 10:45 GMT.

  4. Nordic Combinedpublished at 10:39 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2014

Germany's Eric Frenzel finishes on top in the ski jumping portion of the Nordic combined large hill event with a jump of 139.5m.

Frenzel, who won gold in the normal hill competition, start the cross-country part of the event, which starts at 12:00 GMT, with an eight-second lead over Norway's Haavard Klemetsen.

Find out more about how the Nordic combined events work with our cheat sheet. Essentially, it requires a marriage of explosive power for the ski jumping and endurance for the cross-country race.

The leader after the ski jumping is given a head start, with a time handicap for the other athletes based on how many points they finished behind.

"John Eley was superb. A third-time Olympian and Britain's flag-bearer, I am sure the Team GB camp will be impressed by that. Winner Victor An made it look so, so easy though."

  7. Short Track Speed Skatingpublished at 10:30 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2014

    Wilf O’Reilly
Former Olympic short track speed skater on BBC TV

"Jack Whelbourne will be majorly disappointed - he had an extremely difficult starting position. There was nowhere for him to go in the first four-and-a-half laps. He tried to go around the outside and then the inside but didn't manage to do it."

  9. Short Track Speed Skatingpublished at 10:29 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2014

Jack Whelbourne almost falls over as he tries an attack down the inside before having the door closed on him by the Frenchman Sebastien Lepape. The Briton backs off and drops back to fourth. There are not enough laps left and that's where he stays. He will take no further part in the competition.

"Sluicing it down with rain at the finish as Tina Maze hangs on by the skin of her teeth to clinch the women's super-G title. The assembled media and fans cut a bedraggled sight, hunkered down under hoods and umbrellas as they await world-renowned violinist Vanessa-Mae, who goes off last in run two."

"Elise Christie had the third quickest time of the whole field and that will give her confidence. She was cool, calm and collected and in the 1,000m, you have to have the basic speed. Valerie Maltais was very impressive, too, with her Olympic record."
