    Others likely to challenge are Canadians Kim Boutin and Marianne St-Gelais, along with Italy’s Arianna Fontana, who won three medals in Sochi, including a best-ever silver in this event. She was the skater who Christie took out in the final.

    Fontana and St-Gelais are both in quarter final one.
