On Dario Cologna - I cannot begin to comprehend what it takes to put your body through three consecutive Olympics in cross-country and win the same event in all three. Never done before. Wow.

Meanwhile, very interested to hear what Andrew Musgrave thinks - finished 28th having been confident, all week, of challenging for a medal. The badger stayed tranquil. He'll be disappointed beyond words.

I've been to the cross country three times this week, and the crowd is just brilliant.

The best thing about having a start list of 119 is that there are so many different nationalities represented in the fan zone.

I've yet to find any Tongan flags in support of Pita Taufatofua, their oily flag bearer. That's my next mission...

Andrew Musgrave's determination has exuded at these Olympics so far.

In the skiathlon he finished seventh and was not satisfied at that, even though it was such a phenomenal result for British cross country skiing,

At the start line, you could tell he was dripping with 'let me at this'.

Andrew Musgrave came seventh in the 15km +15km skiathlon, the best performance by a British competitor in a cross-country skiing event, but hopes are high that he can do even better this time around.
