Laura Deas was slowly losing time as she moved towards the bottom. She had an incredible start but she wasn't quite as relaxed as she was on her previous run.

Lets just see what happens. She has moved up and she is still there.

That was an incredible run. Tina Hermann has the fastest start out of all the Germans. That was beautiful - almost perfect. That is how to come out of a run. Very, very good.

    OAR 2-0 USA

    Caroline Chapman
    BBC Sport in Pyeongchang

I’ve hot-footed it over to the men’s ice hockey arena where there’s a bit of a grudge match going on between the USA and the Olympic athletes from Russia.

The OAR led 1-0 as they were booed back on to the ice for the start of the second period. They’ve now made it two.

Out of all of the athletes here, I think Katie Uhlaender may just be the most disappointed out of them all.

She was maybe an outside chance for a medal and you expected her to put pressure on the leading pack but it's just not happened.
