Get out of jail Great Britain. What a shot from Eve Muirhead!

The Swedish skip missed the chance to pick up four. It was a risky shot.

    Great Britain 3-3 Sweden

Well. What a huge let-off for Great Britain. From being four or five behind they are level thanks to the miss of Swedish skip Anna Hasselborg. She bet the house on a narrow connection on the sole GB stone and missed it completely. From nowhere, Great Britain are level in this match.

Massive stone coming up here. Sweden could pick up five points if they can remove GB's sole red from the house.

Eve Muirhead needs to be really careful here

We're only in the fifth end but a poor shot would mean GB are in real trouble.

Danger for GB in this fifth end. Sweden, who have the hammer, are all smiles with four stones in the house. Eve Muirhead with work to do....

I'd like to know what has prompted GB's change from white to red. Superstition? Is the old kit in the wash? Change the colour, change the results?

GB have switched stones too. For most of this competition, they have been playing with the yellows. Today, the red bricks match their tops. I suppose it's hard to get the yellow stones out of Sweden's hands.

No game at the Olympics is going to be easy.

It's all about who's got the patience, who can hold their nerve.

It often comes down to that very last stone in the final end.

GB and Sweden know each other's games very well.

    Great Britain 2-3 Sweden

GB picked up two in the fourth end. Eve had to make a double takeout.

It was a great shot from Eve which was good because she just missed one in the previous end.

Sweden have the hammer, but that will have given Eve a lot of confidence.

GB back in itpublished at 06:06 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2018

    Great Britain 2-3 Sweden

Two stones in the fourth end get Great Britain back in this contest. This isn't a must-not-lose contest for GB - they would still be able to reach the semis under their own steam even if they are beaten by the table-topping Swedes, but they wouldn't have much room for error.

James Stevenson: What a beautiful sport Ski slopestyle is. For a Brit to finish so close to a medal behind winter sports countries in the USA, Canada and Norway. Has to be saluted. That’s incredibly impressive.

Paul Fowler: This Ski Slopestyle final really highlighting how many Winter Olympic sports rely on not making mistakes. Regards of how technically gifted so many of these athletes are, you need clean runs to take medals. Anything on snow and ice is so unforgiving when you mess up

“I’m more gutted for Woodsy” GB’s Tyler Harding tells me, after his team-mate finishes in fourth - just 1.4 points off the podium.

“He hates finishing fourth, but he’s such a top skier and a huge inspiration.

Commenting on his own performance - after missing out on the final - Harding admits he’s “proud” despite two crashes and missing out on the final.

“I’ve only had two hours of training all week and been really worried because of a knee injury, but I didn’t do any more damage - I’m an Olympian and in four years time I’ll be back for more!”

If you remember, Elise Christie suffered a crash yesterday and an injury to her ankle that caused her to be taken from the ice on a stretcher.

Five crashes in five Olympic events and now a right foot in a protective boot. It would be some story if she pulls 1000m success out of the bag.

The Austrian megastar does it again. Marcel Hirscher arrived in South Korea with a glittering CV but no Olympic gold medal.

    Now he has two.

Hirscher demolishes the field in the men's giant slalom, winning gold by 1.27 seconds.

That's the second part of a potential hat-trick. He goes in the slalom on Thursday.
