    It was a joint silver for Germany in the four-man bobsleigh but it was also a gold for Germany as the team led by Francesco Friedrich took the victory.

    It was the second gold for Friedrich after his success in the two man event as well.

    South Korea were 20th four years ago in the men's bobsleigh four years ago, but today they won a silver.

    But they weren't the only ones to grab a silver. For the second time in this Games we had a dead heat with South Korea recording the exact time as Germany's team led by Nico Walther.

    In the men's two-man bobsleigh, Canada and Germany had shared the gold.
