Women's curling skip Eve Muirhead has been excellent for the British team so far and everyone will be looking to her to lead the way in this morning's semi-final.

But not only is she an awesome curler, she has even been to the bag piping world championships. Multi-talented!

    Men's curling: Bronze medal reaction

    David Murdoch
Olympic silver medalist curler on BBC TV

Switzerland have been together as a unit for such a long time and I think that's really helped them.

I can't believe USA are in the final. For them to beat Canada and make it into the final is a great result for them and for American curling. It's great to grow the game.

The Canada team looked genuinely gutted as they shook hands with their opponents at the end there.

Switzerland's men have added Olympic bronze to the bronze they claimed at the 2017 World Championships.

  6. Bobsleigh boys back medal bidpublished at 09:34 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2018

    Nick Hope
    BBC Sport in Pyeongchang

They have had a few challenging days in training and look way off the medal-pace but the GB men are backing themselves to come good when the four-man bobsleigh event begins on Saturday.

“We know with what we’ve achieved this season and the World Cup medals that we can be up there,” pilot Brad Hall tells me.

“We know the team have won (four) medals so far and the skeleton guys were just brilliant. It would be great if we could contribute to that and perhaps both get on the podium together like Lizzy (Yarnold) and Laura (Deas) did.”

Eesh. Not a great shot from Canada's Brent Laing, missing the guard.

There's two Canadian stones that are crying out to be hit, and Switzerland respond accordingly. Bosh go two yellow stones, with a red Swiss stone nestled in the button.

Remarkable, really, that Canada have never been in a bronze medal match before.

Since curling was reintroduced to the Winter Olympics in 1998, it's always been gold or silver for the Canadian men.
