This next group of six only features five skaters... it is announced that American Vincent Zhou has withdrawn.
Zhou, who finished sixth in 2018 and was tipped for the podium here, has tested positive for Covid since competing on Sunday in the team event.
He posted an emotional message on social media, saying: "I’ve already lost count of the number of times I’ve cried today. But I’m happy to say that at least one of those times was happy tears.
"That was when I found out that I became an Olympic silver medallist [in the team event]."
And another one crashes. This time it's Russia's Anastasia Tatalina who fails to nail the landing.
Norway's Sandra Eie smashes into the snow on landing and that's her hopes of a medal gone. Just a quick reminder at just how skilful these competitors have to be and how narrow the margins are between success and failure.
Thankfully she's OK and can get to her feet and walk away.

Mathilde Gremeaux's scores are still climbing, and Eileen Gu has landed her 14 already.
It's strong, really clean, but considering what we're seeing...is it enough?

The tunes are banging at Shougang and the crowd are getting into the freestyle vibe. It’s a mixture of dance music and rock classics. Frankly I’d be disappointed if I didn’t hear Van Halen’s Jump - it is big air after all!
Kirsty Muir goes for a switch left 900 and lands it cleanly which the judges reward. Two good scores on the door - she can let it all hang out on the third jump!
The crowd are silent when Gu is at the top of the ramp and then explodes into cheers when she lands a 1080.

One of the easier tricks we've seen Kirsty Muir do but executed perfectly.
Really good score!
Women's ski big air final
That's a score of 78.75 from Kirsty Muir, meaning her total score is going to be at least 169, instantly better than the 157.5 she registered in qualifying.
And that score will go up if her third and final effort betters that 78.75. She's very much in medal contention after that one.
You've got to have nerves of skill on this one as you fling yourself around, upside down and land backwards. Here's Kirsty Muir for attempt two..

This jump just allows this contest to be as progressive as it is.
We've just seen it there with Tess Ledeaux thowing down a 1620.
The standard is so high, and it's only going to get higher.
Women's ski big air final
At the end of the first run and Britain's Kirsty Muir is sitting in bronze-medal position, with France's Tess Ledeux leading the way and home favourite Eileen Gu in second spot.

Tess Ledeux had all the confidence and pedigree coming into this but she also had all the pressure.
That is huge! She's thrown some shade on Beijing's golden girl Eileen Gu.
And France's Tess Ledeux takes the standard to an even higher level, with a brilliant score of 94.5.
Everyone's going to have to be at the absolute top of their games to get a medal here.

Kirsty Muir looked so composed and absolutely nailed her first trick to score 90.25 which will give her huge confidence.
But the crowd at Shougang go wild when home favourite Eileen Gu scores a massive 93.75. The standard is incredible!

Eileen Gu has set the pace right off the bat.
She has the 1440 already landed. A fantastic foundation for the next two scores to come on top.

Eileen Gu is the one the home fans are cheering on and the Chinese competitor has a massive smile on her face and punches the air in delight as she nails a score of 93.75 to drop Britain's Kirsty Muir down to second.

Not sure whether this will take off widely as half-time entertainment…
While the ice is being resurfaced the camera pans around the crowd picking out people and superimposing some drums on the screen that they are encouraged to pretend to bang.
There are signs up around venues urging people not to cheer (covid measure) so this seems to be the alternative!

Immaculate! That's the way Kirsty Muir wants to start a final.
She's on a real beautiful trajectory - it's a seat at the top table!
Here comes Kirsty Muir and she has a massive smile on her face after her routine - and not surprising as she posts a score of 90.25, to jump straight to the top of the leaderboard.
What a start for Kirsty!
