On the same night Daniel Wiffen made history, Jack McMillan becomes the second swimmer from Northern Ireland to win a gold medal.
McMillan helped Team GB to the final of the 4x200m relay after a strong swim earlier on Tuesday.
He sat out the final as Matt Richards and Duncan Scott returned to the team, but still gets a gold medal for his performance in the heats.
