James Cordy-Redden's last-gasp solo try ended Jersey's unbeaten start to the Championship season.
Ealing had led 6-0 at half-time but tries from backs Ross Adair and Jack Cuthbert put the Reds 12-6 in front.
Joe Munro went over, after good work from former Jersey back Aaron Penberthy, who converted to give Ealing the lead again.
Brendan Cope's penalty saw Jersey take a narrow advantage before Cordy-Redden's late score.
The Ealing centre ran 50 metres as the clock ticked into the 80th minute as Ealing registered their first victory of the season.
