Scott Hansen arrived at Leicester from New Zealand in 2015
Scott Hansen has left his job as Leicester Tigers' defence coach.
Hansen arrived in 2015 and his exit comes after the fourth-placed Tigers conceded 126 points - more than any other team in the top nine - in their opening five Premiership matches.
They shipped four tries in Saturday's 34-30 defeat at Sale Sharks.
A Tigers spokesman said:, external "We would like to thank Scott for his commitment and his hard work with the Tigers and we wish him all the best for the future."
