    Glasgow 14-15 Scarlets

It's been real back-and-forth stuff since the restart.

Scarlets win a penalty and Ioan Lloyd kicks the visitors to the edge of Glasgow's 22.

    That's the main thing, Andy.

None of that malarkey in the press area though, I'm sure.

Wee bit of argy-bargy after that try almost spilled into the stands. Fortunately there appeared to be no spillage of any pints among the patrons.

    Henco Venter

    Glasgow respond immediately!

It's very similar to Johnny Matthews' try before the break, as the forwards go through the phases until a little gap appears in the Scarlets defence.

Henco Venter buries his way to the line, which sparks a little scrap under the posts.

The two sets of players are separated and Duncan Weir knocks over a simple conversion.

    Ioan Nicholas

Scarlets have been in the ascendancy in the second half and they go over for their second try of the game.

Full-back Ioan Nicholas ghosts through a hole after Ioan Lloyd cleverly delays his pass.

    Lloyd's conversion sails through.

Scarlets skipper Josh Macleod gets over the ball at the breakdown and wins the visitors a penalty.

    He's been excellent so far.

How are you all feeling at home after that first half?

Thumbs up if you're backing a Glasgow win.

Thumbs down for Scarlets to see this through.

Franco Smith has just walked by me with the look of a man who has a few things to get off his chest in that Glasgow dressing room at the break.

Warriors have not really been at it in that first 40 and other than the build-up to that Johnny Matthews try, they have failed to look after the ball.

You have to credit Scarlets though. Some of their defence has been outstanding.

    Glasgow 7-8 Scarlets

That is that for the first 40 minutes at Scotstoun.

Scarlets started much the brighter and opened up an eight-point lead, before Johnny Matthews' try brought Glasgow right back into the contest following visiting prop Alec Hepburn's yellow card.

    All to play for.

    Johnny Matthews

Glasgow remain patient, go through phase after phase, and eventually break through.

It's try machine Johnny Matthews who forces his way over and get the Warriors on the board.

Duncan Weir adds the extras, and the lead is back to just one point.

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Glasgow kick to the corner for the umpteenth time tonight, and have the ball safely back.

They are banging at the door.

  13. Sin-bin Alec Hepburn (Scarlets)published at 34 mins

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Hepburn is deemed to be "passive" by the officials, which provides enough mitigation to drop it down to a yellow card.

Scarlets will finish the half (and start the second) with 14 players.

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Scarlets prop and Scotland international Alec Hepburn might be in trouble here.

He is very upright in the tackle and makes direct head contact with the Glasgow ball carrier.

Good to see Adam Hastings back up on his feet. That was a sickening impact as he met the full force of Vaea Fifita.

He looks very unsteady on his feet though and you'd imagine his match is over.

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Vaea Fifita takes the ball off the back of the Scarlets scrum and runs straight at Adam Hastings.

The Scotland international looks to be out cold, but is up on his feet and helped off by the Glasgow medical team.

That will be his evening over - Duncan Weir is on in his place.

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Scarlets get hold of the ball at lineout time again, wrap it up and win themselves a scrum.

They have been rock solid in defence to this point.

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Glasgow are just starting to get a foothold and rouse this Scotstoun crowd.

Another penalty is kicked towards the corner by Adam Hastings.

Can they take advantage on this occasion?

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

More excellent defence from Scarlets to sack the Glasgow lineout, and steal possession.

The visitors then spring into attack and a slightly better pass would have put Ellis Mee into open space.

    Glasgow 0-8 Scarlets

Vaea Fifita - so often Scarlets' star man - gets up highest and quickest to pinch the Glasgow lineout.

However, the following clearing kick is sliced and Johnny Matthews will get another throw.
