The way Canada started, came from England's error.

England over threw but Canada reacted to it, Hogan-Rochester holds her width. And it’s goodbye Canada and they get their try.

Canada need to hold their line and find that 2 v 1 but it was a great start from Canada.

There's been some great innovation from England with their mauls. This is England's bread and butter, this is what they absolutely love.

England, when they counter attack, they just speed up the play.

And Ellie Kildunne, the people ordered and she delivered. She was audacious with her tries last week, and she's the same again.

    Kildunne and dusted.

John Mitchell will be really pleased. There are still things England can tighten up on. And keeping the momentum up is really big.

Canada's penalties have allowed England to play their game. England have been super accurate around the 22.

What's impressed me most is the tactics. England have made twice as many taackles as Canada, and that was the key to this game. We talked all week about slowing down Canada's speed. England have done that.

They made Canada concede six penalties.

Listening in at 30,000 ft on our way to Hawaii. Love the way the girls are playing traditional English rugby, mauls and scrum strength. Come on the Roses!

England captain Zoe Aldcroft very sportingly went to help the officials as they debated whether England's score should stand.

She was shooed away by Hollie Davidson. Then, when the referee's decision of no try was announced to the fans, we almost got some of Aldcroft's take on the decision over the tannoy as well.

    She didn't sound happy.

Currently in Salamanca, in O'Hara's Irish bar. They told us they would be showing the Rugby so we got our beers and settled in. Turned out they are showing Argentina vs S Africa so we are having to catch up on the BBC website. Great atmosphere though as it is Atletico vs Real on the other screens in the pub. Who knew men played rugby?
