Sharp work from Alex Matthews to get her head up and into support for Natasha Hunt off the back of that messy scrum.

Canada looked a little like they had stumbled into a 80,000-strong disco, when they were just looking for the library, as they gathered under the posts.

I can't think of a better woman to score. This is her fourth consecutive World Cup final she's starting.

England's scrum is tearing Canada apart.

This is going to be a tough ask for Canada. But it's really nice to see England clicking. They're mixing things up. This is the side they can be.

    The pressure pays!

England's scrum mashes the Canada lines, Natasha Hunt peels off the base and nearly goes herself but hands off to number eight Alex Matthews to dive in.

    Another conversion for Zoe Harrison.

Canada didn't give away a single penalty in the semi-final against New Zealand in the first half. This just shows the pressure England are putting them under.

Tatyana Heard was questioned for her semi-final performance. She has been excellent. John Mitchell said his selection was based on credit over the last two years - that's why.

Sir Alex Ferguson said the first time he saw Ryan Giggs he "floated over the ground like a cocker spaniel chasing a piece of silver paper in the wind."

That's how Ellie Kildunne runs with the ball.

Natasha Hunt was full of chat at the back of that rolling maul. I think at least half of it was directed at referee Hollie Davidson, asking her to keep any eye on Canada collapsing it.

If they had that would be Davidson walking under the posts to award a penalty try and a probable yellow.

Best for Canada to take their medicine.

It was inevitable, wasn't it? That little bit of innovation from the line-out is what got them into that position.

If you're an England coach, that was tick, tick, tick.

    Amy Cokayne

No team in women's rugby has been able to stop England in situations like this - they gather a lineout, form a maul and their pack shoves their way over the line. Hooker Amy Cokayne has the ball at the base and gets the score.

Zoe Harrison is faultless again with the kick.
