The Twickenham crowd were singing Swing Low Sweet Chariot long before the haka even started and then broke into cheers as Jamie George led his team up to halfway to get a better look at the challenge.

The most exercised of the All Blacks looked to be replacement Anton Lienert-Brown who gave the longest and dirtest look at the white shirts after the haka was done.

All within the rules that. A foot may have may strayed over the halfway line, nothing mad but technically a response by marching forward.

England v New Zealand (15:10 GMT)

    Matt Dawson

Game management is key but game style has to be top of the tree today. How many times have we watched England here or abroad where it is crying out for them to use the talent they have?

England need to set their stall out from the off. George Furbank needs to get the ball in the backfield and do what he does so well for Northampton week in, week out.

This is not about playing for 10 or 15 minutes. This is about establishing themselves against one of the best teams in the world. This is England, this is how we are going to play.
