Those early tries by Scarlets have really thrown this game wide open.

They have forced Cardiff to spread the ball... and they're looking all the better for it.

Cardiff score off lineout ball, there was nothing Scarlets could do when that maul got rolling.

Cardiff finally get their hands on the ball.

It's a great half-break by Ray Lee-Lo, but the offload to Aled Davies doesn't come off and Scarlets are back in possession.

Really good work in the build up there from Ioan Lloyd; Alex Craig as well with some carries.

Once they'd done that they'd shortened up the Cardiff defence they moved it to the right hand side and it was a walk-in for Taine Plumtree.

It's one-way traffic at the moment.

A bursting run from Alex Craig sets the Scarlets up before a looping pass from Sam Costelow finds Taine Plumtree free on the wing.

The Scarlets wing lands with both feet just inside the touchline and offloads the ball before falling out of play.

That all came from Cardiff being cute with their kick-off as Callum Sheedy shaped to kick to the right but at the last second, flicked the ball to Ben Thomas who kicked to the left.

The idea was to find lock Teddy Williams with a miss-match. But it backfired in spectacular style.

Absolutely perfect conditions here in west Wales so let's hope for plenty of action. This game usually has plenty of points.

It's a tough one to call but interestingly, Cardiff have only won one of their last six against Scarlets.
