A big cheer from the home fans, happy to see Ben Youngs as he comes on for Jack van Poortvliet at scrum-half. Charlie Clare is on for Julian Montoya at hooker. Not sure if Van Poortvliet's going for a chat with Andrea Piardi. Possibly not.

Leinster 15-7 Clermont
Jonathan Bradley BBC Sport NI Journalist at the Aviva Stadium
Leinster would have expected to use the introduction of their bench and the yellow card for Clermont's Peceli Yato to really take control of this contest.
Ten minutes later, as the big lock returns, a couple of missed touchfinders means they're still very much in a game with just over 20 minutes to go.
Sharks win a penalty around 25 metres out. No point kicking for goal, so Siya Masuku gos for the corner. Sharks look to get a rolling maul going from the line-out. Leicester regroup, though, and hold firm. Hanro Jacobs is on for Sharks in place of Trevor Nyakane.

Jack van Poortvliet (con Handre Pollard)
That's more like it. Handre Pollard's kick is deflected; George Martin makes progress before Olly Cracknell runs at the Sharks defence - he's held up, but it creates the space for Jack van Poortvliet, and no-one is stopping him. Six conversions out of six for Pollard now. This could be a very long second half for the Sharks.
Early knock-on by Handre Pollard - a little bit untidy from Leicester there. Then again, it was a longer half-time break than they were expecting, so we'll see if they snap out of it.
Sharks back out for the second half first. Filippo Russo, who was one of the assistants, has taken over refereeing duties from the injured Andrea Piardi, who hobbled down the steps just ahead of the Leicester team to watch the second half with the rest of us. Handre Pollard gets us back under way.

Leicester's players going through their warm-up exercises in the dressing room just to keep themselves tip-top while the referee change is sorted out. Sharks' players in a group huddle - they really do need to stick together to see through this second half.

We've got a slight delay to the start of the second half because, as feared, referee Andrea Piardi is unable to continue, after being caught accidentally on the ankle by Jack van Poortvliet in the build-up to Leicester's fifth try right on half-time.

Also, the music generally is far less intrusive than it was at the Bulls v Northampton match I watched earlier. Goodness me, there was a lot of music at that game. It must have been like trying to play rugby at a wedding reception.

Wizzard's I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day belting out over the Welford Road public address system during the interval. I presume they're keeping clear of Last Christmas for the benefit of all the people playing Whamageddon. Thoughtful touch.

Maybe one player keen to ensure the pressure is kept on is in the Leicester front row tonight.
Joe Heyes spoke before this game about the "hurt" he felt on being overlooked for an England recall during the Autumn Nations Series.
Heyes admitted being overlooked by England boss Steve Borthwick - a head coach he won the Premiership title with at Leicester in 2022 - was difficult to take. But he's trying to make the best of it.

Leicester's kicking game was excellent in that first half. Attacking wise, they'll be pleased with how things have gone. Will they keep the pressure on now?

HT: Leinster 12-7 Clermont

Two tries in four minutes swung that first half in Leinster's favour.
Leo Cullen's side enjoyed plenty of possession and territory in the early stages but made too many mistakes and Clermont got the first try through Alivereti Raka.
When things clicked, Leinster looked sharp, however, with Garry Ringrose and Jordie Barrett providing slick scores.
Clermont's cause hasn't been helped by losing both starting centres to injury.

And that's half-time. Sharks looked ready to put up a fight for a while, but the game's got away from them, really. Hard not to feel a stronger line-up would have made more of this. And I do wonder how much stuffing the gifting of the try to Ollie Hassell-Collins (who deserves full credit for being alive to the possibility) might have taken out of them.

Handre Pollard (con Pollard)
And there is try number five. Worryingly, there's an injury to the referee too.
Terrific build-up, with quick passing involving Jack van Poortvliet and Olly Cracknell, with Handre Pollard sent through. I think Van Poortvliet just caught Andrea Piardi, who is left limping - he can at least get some treatment at half-time.
