It's a big day for Ireland forward Linda Djougang who will win her 50th cap this afternoon.

The Cameroon-born prop has missed just one Ireland match since making her international debut against England in 2019.

"It feels amazing. I haven't really thought about it until this week. When I started rugby I never dreamt of this. I never imagined I would reach this milestone," said Djougang.

    Ireland v Spain (12:00 BST)

It's an early start for Ireland...and for us...but an exciting game in store as Scott Bemand's side target a World Cup quarter-final place against Spain in Franklin's Gardens.

After not making the tournament last time around, Ireland marked their return to the global showpiece after an eight-year absence with a six-try win over Japan last week.

Of course, there remains plenty of excitement about next week's clash with New Zealand but there's a job to do here in Northampton first.

Kick-off is half an hour away...
