It's Finn Russell standing over it but the Scotland fly-half pushes it just wide.

    It's as you were.

Bath have been clinical when they had the chance and I think they made fewer mistakes than Gloucester. Bath will be more than happy with this score at half-time.

It's been a great 10 minutes for Bath, considering it could have gone downhill when Ted Hill got sent to the sin-bin.

  8. try

Converted Try - Bath 33-19 Gloucesterpublished at 38 mins

    Alfie Barbeary (con Finn Russell)

After a bit of football, Bath hit back, yet again.

Finn Russell loses control of the ball but it is adjudged to have gone backwards before Bath hack it forwards.

The retreating Gloucester defence are at sixes and sevens and Alfie Barbeary nudges it past all of them to score.

    Russell adds the conversion.

  9. try

Try - Bath 26-19 Gloucesterpublished at 36 mins

    Jacob Morris

    Terrific running rugby.

Gloucester wing Jacob Morris makes the initial break before the visitors move the ball to the other touchline.

It then comes back the way it came from and Morris dives over in the corner.

    The conversion is missed.

    Sophie Hurcom
BBC Sport at the Recreation Ground

Gloucester were in the ascendancy but somehow it's Bath who are the ones who have come away with the try to stretch their lead.

The Cherry and Whites were the ones looking more dangerous in attack and seconds ago were right up next to Bath's tryline, and with a man advantage.

Still, Bath are a side who will punish you if you don't take your chances - as they have just shown.

Queen's We Will Rock You has just sounded out as Finn Russell took the conversion and Bath fans are happily clapping away in unison.

  11. try

Converted Try - Bath 26-14 Gloucesterpublished at 29 mins

    Ben Spencer (con Finn Russell)

Just like that, Bath are in for try number four.

Will Muir jumps like a salmon to win the high kick and then the hosts are off.

Delicate hands out wide move the ball to Ethan Staddon, who feeds it back inside for Ben Spencer to walk in.

    Finn Russell adds the conversion.

  12. 'Gloucester have been far better'published at 18:01 British Summer Time 13 April

    Bath 19-14 Gloucester

    Dan Evans
Rugby journalist on BBC Radio Bristol

Fair play to Bath they have had three chances and scored three but in the balance of 27 minutes Gloucester have been far better.

  13. Sin-bin - Ted Hill (Bath)published at 26 mins

    Bath 19-14 Gloucester

Ted Hill will spend the next 10 minutes on the naughty step after failing to roll away at the breakdown.

    Gloucester are on the charge.

    Bath 19-14 Gloucester

    Was that a deliberate knock-on?

Gloucester run a move in midfield off the top of the line-out but Bath's Alfie Barbeary almost intercepts the reverse pass.

The number eight spills the forward but the referee is happy he tried to catch it.

Champions Cup is the pinnacle and I would have preferred Bath to have qualified for the last 16, if you are in it you've a chance, as tough as it is!

Converted Try - Bath 19-14 Gloucesterpublished at 22 mins

    Jack Singleton (con Santiago Carreras)

    Gloucester deserve that.

The black shirts roll through the phases one way and then the other.

Jack Singleton bursts onto a flat pass and then has the nous to step the final defender and walk in under the posts.

    Santiago Carreras adds the conversion.

    Bath 19-7 Gloucester

The first sight of Christian Wade in full flow is an exciting moment in any game.

The wing leaves the first defender eating dust but he is chopped by the second and loses control of the ball on his way to ground.

  18. 'Threading the pass through the eye of a needle'published at 17:49 British Summer Time 13 April

    Bath 19-7 Gloucester

I am not sure how Russell got that through. It was like threading the pass through the eye of an needle but he got that through to Molony.

  19. try

Converted Try - Bath 19-7 Gloucesterpublished at 14 mins

    Archie Griffin (con Finn Russell)

    Another one.

Finn Russell is pulling the strings and throws a flat pass for Ross Molony, who cuts a terrific running line through the Gloucester defence.

The lock is tripped just short of the line but he is able to offload from the ground for Archie Griffin to cruise under the sticks.

Russell won't miss his conversion from there.

    Bath 12-7 Gloucester

I haven't watched a lot of rugby yet as it feels like there's something to keep typing about.

Gloucester surge towards the Bath line moments after going behind, but this time, the hosts manage to steal possession and clear their lines.
