    Nick Timoney was hauled down inches short.

    He was close, but David McCann picks and goes and tries to burrow over the line.

    Ben Tapuai tries to cover the ball, but referee Luke Pearce gets a good look and sees that McCann has got it down.

    Cooney converts, and I don't think many people would have predicted this comeback!

    That try seems to have settled Ulster a touch.

    They're throwing the ball about with confidence now.

    James McNabney showed good strength to get down the left, and Michael Lowry is smashed by Ben Tapuai.

    He held onto the ball well, and Ulster now win the penalty in the 22.

    Much, much better.

    Ulster players spoke during the week about the need to start games better...21-0 down after 21 minutes not likely what they had in mind.

    To their credit, they've been turning around those early deficits in the United Rugby Championship...this Bordeaux team, though, are a different level.
