A mixed bag of a performance from both sides. Bulls struggling with the set piece whereas Edinburgh just struggled to get going and find their feet but they really came into their own in the latter part of the first half.
Edinburgh finally have the upper hand are camped out deep inside the hosts' 22 and almost make it over but an offside sees Cameron Hanekom sent for a time out.
Despite trailing on the scoreboard, Edinburgh definitely have the upper hand at the set piece. Both scrums and line-outs are proving to be a major issue for the hosts.
Referee Ben Breakspear has a chat with Akker Van der Merwe after one too many set piece infringements.
Hot off the back of the try, Bulls caught Edinburgh sleeping and try and go again but the grubber kick goes wrong and Edinburgh get the line-out. It doesn't take the hosts long to turn it over and pushing the visitors back.
Lovely play through the hands sees Jaco Van der Walt dive over against his former club.
Bulls are on the attack now as they look to get on the scoreboard.
The hosts just can't get on the right side of the penalties as they are pinged for not releasing the ball as Jamie Ritchie comes over to steal the ball.
Edinburgh finally find a rhythm through a break from Ali Price but he knocks it on and they're brought back for an early hit on Jamie Ritchie in the line-out.
The line-out is proving to be a real difficulty for the hosts.
Bulls turn the ball over and push Edinburgh back into their own half. Edinburgh do well to hold them off for a put in at the scrum.
Things haven't started well for the visitors as both Dave Cherry and Mark Bennett are helped off the field. Ewan Ashman and Ross McCann are on in their places.

Head coach Sean Everitt has made three changes to the side that suffered a narrow defeat to Leinster last week.
Centres Mark Bennett and Matt Scott rekindle their midfield partnership for the first time since 2020. They replace injured duo Mosese Tuipulotu and Matt Currie.
Magnus Bradbury makes his first start for the club since returning to the club, he replaces injured Ben Muncaster.

Bulls head coach Jake White has named Akker Van der Merwe as his captain this week as he packs down alongside debutant Alulutho Tshakweni.
Ruan Vermaak and Cobus Wiese link up at lock, with Kuyenzeka Xaba and Jannes Kirsten manning the flanks. Cameron Hanekom slots in at eight to complete the forwards pack.
Former Edinburgh fly half Jaco Van der Walt will pull the strings for the Bulls against his former club.
