Spain have already played one big-hitter this summer, when they faced England in Leicester in a World Cup warm-up match.

On that day England ran in 15 tries as they walloped a limited Spain side 97-7 in a match that quickly morphed from a contest into a glorified training session.

Nothing's won in the first week of a World Cup, but looking at previous results, New Zealand might want to use this game to lay down a marker.

Big-hitters England, Australia and Canada have all already started brilliantly by racking up huge tournament-opening wins.

Hosts and favourites England delivered a formidable messaged to their rivals by running in 11-tries to beat two-time finalists USA 69-7 on Friday night.

World number two Canada thrashed Fiji 65-7 with winger Julian Schell scoring a staggering six tries in the second half to cement herself as a player to watch this summer.

And three-time semi-finalists Australia walloped Samoa 73-0 in what was the Wallaroos' biggest ever World Cup win.
