    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

The Stormers looked to get in behind Glasgow, but the bounce is kind and Jack Dempsey is able to pick up.

He goes, and goes, and goes! There's a goose step in there, too!

Tom Jordan puts a kick in, and Mannie Libbok's return almost goes dead... but it holds up and remains an inch in play, and Josh McKay has to dot down behind his own line.

Stormers have offered very little as an attacking force tonight, but they are starting to slowly gain control of the ball and are edging further and further into Glasgow territory.

With 25 minutes to go, Glasgow are in a good place but a six-point lead is very precarious. One wrong move and they know a Stormers try changes everything.

  3. Sin-bin Salmaan Moerat (Stormers)published at 53 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

Well now. The TMO is getting involved. Was that head-on-head from Moerat on McBeth?

Chris Busby says it's "pretty dynamic" and therefore there's mitigation. It is foul play, it is a dangerous clear-out.

    It's just a yellow card.

  4. McBeth off; Bhatti onpublished at 53 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

The Stormers are on the edge of that Glasgow 22m again, but the Warriors are looking disciplined and well-organised.

The play is stopped though. Nathan McBeth, only just on, has taken a head knock. It's in a collision with Salmaan Moerat, completely accidental.

  5. Ton up for George Turnerpublished at 51 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

A proud moment for George Turner who looks a little emotional as he takes the field for the 100th time in a Glasgow shirt. It could also be the final time, as he departs Scotstoun in the summer.

Nathan McBeth is also on. Jamie Bhatti and Johnny Matthews are removed.

Off: Joseph Dweba, Willie Engelbrecht, Frans Malherbe.

More heavy rain clouds coming our way.

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

This is better from the Stormers, the first time they've been able to get the ball through the hands and they end up on the edge of the Glasgow 22m.

Then the ball comes to Willie Engelbrecht and he can't help but spill as he's crunched. It's his last play as well - there's a few Stormers changes to bring you.

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

This time it's the Stormers who counter-ruck, but it's only after Huw Jones makes a superb break after smooth hands from Sione Tuipulotu.

Could Jones have passed that before he was wrapped up? He never got the chance and it was Ben-Jason Dixon who excelled at the breakdown.

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

Kyle Steyn explodes through a gap but is eventually brought down near the halfway line. Stormers end up stealing it, but it's stolen back by Huw Jones at the breakdown and the Warriors win a penalty.

The first half started frantically. The second has done the same.

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

Zander Fagerson has just completely smashed Joseph Dweba in a ruck clear-out. That was ferocious from the Scotland man.

No need to worry about the physicality dropping.

The players are back out and Mannie Libbok gets us back underway. The weather seems to have calmed down a little...

I get the feeling the intensity of this one won't let up, though.

It's not been pretty, but Glasgow will take that.

Warriors have made most of the running in that first half but clear scoring chances have been few and far between.

The big opportunity was that opening for George Horne and he will be kicking himself at allowing the ball to slip from his grasp with the try-line at his mercy.

He has made up for it with two penalties to edge Glasgow in front and that could be key in a match that hasn't developed into the kind of try-fest we were hoping for.

If Glasgow lose the game by less than seven points, they'll be disappointed because they missed a simple run-in under the posts.

It looked like Glasgow were trying to win it and Stormers trying not to lose it. They hardly played any rugby after the first five or 10 minutes.

I think we'll see more of the same in the second half. They've got the elements, but I think they'll kick for territory and try and peg Glasgow deep into their own half.

All Glasgow need to do is keep the scoreboard ticking over and keep their try line clear. It'll be a tough second half.

  15. Half-time Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormerspublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 8 June

It's finely poised at half-time, but the Warriors have the edge at the half.

The intensity of the first 15 minutes could not be matched, but both came through relatively unscathed.

Instead, it's been down to the tee. Mannie Libbok missed two, George Horne slotted two.

The second half will be far harder for the Warriors, with the wind in their face. For now, they'll be happy to hit the sheds and dry off - albeit briefly.

The Warriors are really under the pump, but they bring the maul down a yard short. The visitors go through the phases, will Glasgow's dam break?

No! Ruben van Heerden and Hacjivah Dayimani are pinged for crossing and the referee whistles. The relief is palpable from the Warriors defence.

What a kick from Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu! He slides it low past Tom Jordan, who decides to try and run it back. Instead he's dragged out of play, five metres from his own line.

Big chance for the Stormers now!

    Glasgow Warriors 6-0 Stormers

Glasgow were under pressure after a brilliant Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu kick through, but the booming boot of Tom Jordan gets the Warriors out of danger.

They're using the wind well in this half.

Some high-profile misses in the Springboks jersey has created the image of Manie Libbok as an inconsistent goalkicker, but his stats from the tee in the URC this season have been superb.

He is struggling to find his range on a wet and windy evening in Glasgow, however, and that's two very kickable penalties he has pulled wide of the posts.

George Horne on the other hand is kicking beautifully. Could that prove decisive?

The Stormers steal the restart! Suleiman Hartzenberg nicked it from under the nose of Richie Gray.

Mannie Libbok stabs a kick behind but Ben Loader can't get there, and Glasgow clear their lines well through George Horne.
