  1. Penalty GLASGOW WARRIORS 6-0 Stormerspublished at 29 mins

    George Horne

This time the decision goes to the Warriors, and it'll be another chance for George Horne from the tee. His first was good... and his second is as well.

They went to the corner last time they had a penalty but this time, Steyn pointed to the sticks. Points are what matters tonight, not tries.

It's a bit stop-start now, mistakes starting to creep in. Drop balls, squint throws, too many scrums. We don't want that.

It's a Stormers strength but it's a lottery when it comes to the decisions of the matchday officials.

  3. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 3-0 Stormers

Glasgow had an opportunity there - a throw-in inside Stormers' 22m. Johnny Matthews' dart is squint though, and the pressure lifts.

However, when the Stormers try to get ball in hand, they spill it again.

  4. Missed penaltypublished at 22 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 3-0 Stormers

It looked nasty, but Chris Busby shows a very calm head. It's just a penalty.

"The action is initially legal," Busby tells Salmaan Moerat. Stormers head coach John Dobson is furious up in his box.

In the mean time, it's another penalty for the visitors. Mannie Libbok has another opportunity from the tee, from almost the same spot. And it's a carbon copy in the end - another miss.

  5. Steyn in trouble...published at 21 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 3-0 Stormers

Glasgow concede the penalty almost immediately after the restart. Kyle Steyn accidentally clotheslines Warrick Gelant in the air as they challenge for an aerial ball.

The TMO has called the referee Chris Busby across. This is a nervy moment.

  6. Penalty Glasgow Warriors 3-0 Stormerspublished at 20 mins

    George Horne

The hosts respond brilliantly from that missed penalty, trucking the ball to the edge of the Stormers' 22m. That was an incredible phase, I lost count of the carriers.

The whistle goes and it's now Glasgow's turn to have a go at the sticks as the Stormers' discipline errs. George Horne is the kicker... and he nails it.

  7. Missed penaltypublished at 17 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 0-0 Stormers

Salmaan Moerat was quick to point Mannie Libbok towards the sticks. How will he manage the wind this time?

Although it's central, it's going to be a hard kick in this wind. There's a big cheer as soon as he strikes it - he's missed.

  8. Postpublished at 15 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 0-0 Stormers

The pressure relents thanks to a brilliant turnovers from Hacjivah Dayimani.

This first 15 minutes has been absolutely breathless and it's no surprise the Stormers take their time to get to throw in.

They win it, and then win a turnover with Zander Fagerson pinged at the breakdown - hands on the floor.

  9. Postpublished at 14 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 0-0 Stormers

Glasgow may have spurned that chance, but they're putting the Stormers under real pressure and eventually force Mannie Libbok to clear his lines.

They've got the attacking platform now and again, Sione Tuipulotu plays the part of battering ram.

    Glasgow Warriors 0-0 Stormers

Glasgow steal a line-out and immediately use the hands to get it wide to the other side of the pitch. Huw Jones finds Sebastian Cancelliere, who tries to pass inside but it's too high and it slips through the hands of George Horne.

The Warriors normally score those. Big let-off.

    Glasgow Warriors 0-0 Stormers

It's frantic stuff from the Glasgow backs, who have been pushed back about 30 metres by a blitz Stormers defence.

You do get the feeling that in this wet weather, someone might soon slip out of a tackle.

Herschel Jantjies makes the first real mistake, booting a box kick straight out of play.

Already, the hits have been brutal. Johnny Matthews has just been cut in half by Ben-Jason Dixon.

Glasgow get us underway at a freezing, wet Scotstoun. Does that favour the Warriors? We'll soon find out.

  15. Munster await Glasgow or Stormerspublished at 19:30 British Summer Time 8 June

    Glasgow Warriors v Stormers (19:35)

Munster ground their way into the United Rugby Championship semi-finals with a workmanlike victory over Ospreys.

Simon Zebo and Niall Scannell scored first-half tries before the boot of Jack Crowley sealed victory for the defending champions at Thomond Park.

Ospreys were briefly on level terms after Keelan Giles' early try but could not make the most of their scrum dominance.

Munster will host a semi-final on 15 June against either Glasgow Warriors or Stormers, who meet on Saturday night, for a place in the Grand Final.

Of the four quarter-finals, many feel this is the pick of them and the toughest to call.

That may seem an obvious thing to say about the tie between fourth and fifth, but these sides have had some very close and very entertaining matches in the past couple of seasons.

Warriors will take heart from their home form this season which saw them win each and every one of their league games here, though their recent blip is a cause for concern.

One thing is for sure Glasgow will need to be at their best to beat a Stormers side that look to be picking up steam at just the right time with four wins on the bounce.

It's rainy and windy at Scotstoun and you sense the home side will be the happier about that.

  17. 'We have plans in place'published at 19:24 British Summer Time 8 June

    Glasgow Warriors v Stormers (19:35)

Glasgow head coach Franco Smith tells Premier Sports about his plan: "To be us, not to be drawn into what they bring. In all components of the game, we've had some very good games this season. There's no extra pressure than is already on the game.

"We're familiar with Scotstoun, the boys get to kiss their partners and wives goodbye at home which means a lot to them. We know they'll be up for this, it's a play-off game and anything can happen."

On how he'll beat Stormers: "Hard work, during the work and the season. They are going to try and disrupt and stop us, but we need to stop what they bring too. We have a couple of plans in place."

  18. Roos misses out for Stormerspublished at 19:21 British Summer Time 8 June

    Glasgow Warriors v Stomers (19:35)

Stormers must do without influential South Africa flanker Evan Roos, although full-back Warrick Gelant returns.

Roos misses out with a concussion suffered during training, while Gelant is restored having been rested for last week's win over the Lions.

Only five players - fly-half Manie Libbok, scrum-half Herschel Jantjies, locks Ruben van Heerden and Jason Dixon and loose forward Hacjivah Dayimani - retain their place in the team from that victory.

  19. Steyn returns amid five Glasgow changespublished at 19:17 British Summer Time 8 June

    Glasgow Warriors v Stormers (19:35)

Glasgow skipper Kyle Steyn returns from a brief injury to start, with the Scotland wing one of five changes from last weekend's scrappy win over Zebre.

Scott Cummings comes in at the expense of Max Williamson to start alongside Richie Gray in the second row while Josh McKay replaces Kyle Rowe at full-back.

Behind the scrum, George Horne and Tom Jordan are the preferred half-back pairing as Jamie Dobie takes a place on the bench and Duncan Weir drops out of the squad.

Hooker George Turner will make his 100th appearance for the club if he is called upon from the bench.
