Well, that's it from me for tonight. Next up is the small matter of the 2025 World Cup, which starts on 22 August when England play the USA at Sunderland's Stadium of Light.

It wasn't all perfect. But you always felt England were in total control.
England had to patient, they used their kicking game at times.
But coming out on top against a good French side - they were really physically challenged today - it puts them in a good position for the start of their World Cup campaign.
That England have just, in a subdued performance with lots of handling errors and not getting their backs into the game, outscored France six tries to nil is a bit terrifying.

You honestly feel that the only thing that will stop England winning the World Cup is the huge and growing expectation that they will win it.
What about the psychological blow to Les Bleues that could be. You got the sense that was a demoralising defeat for the home side, who just get six points on the board. John Mitchell's side have truly dispatched this France team.
There are a few boos - for the hosts, or the visitors? England's powerful game up front is not to all tastes, but they kept France at bay and they rarely threatened the England try line.
That's England's biggest win over France since 2009, when they won 43-8. It's also 16 in a row against Les Bleues.

England are so dangerous in this area. The speed of the ball, the work rate of the forwards. Lark Atkin-Davies was really patent, and then picks her moment.

Sadia Kabeya is a metre short of diving over, but the ball comes back to Atkin-Davies and she cannot be stopped from claiming a second try in as many minutes.

It's brilliant execution. England are so ruthless in this area.
Your starting pack scored two tries in that manner in the first half. Then you bring on the cavalry in the second half and they do the same. That's how good this England team are.

Catch, drive, rumble, try. England's power in close quarters is nirresistable, and substitute Lark Atkin-Davies claims the fifth try for the Red Roses, with Zoe Harrison converting with aplomb.

At the moment, France's decision making - when to offload and when not to - just isn't quite there. They're forcing it and it's creating knock ons, giving England the possession that they've worked so hard to get back.
A great kick from Lucy Packer rolls on and on and into touch near the French 22. The hosts try to run it but they go backwards, with Joanna Grisez unable to hang on to a high pass on the right touchline.

'Look after the ball,' is the main message coming from the French coaching staff at the drinks break. A simple message, but it could be really impactful.
France are causing England problems but then there are errors, giving England the ball back and the opportunities.
A scruffy England scrum is penalised, and France kick for the corner. Can they do what England did to them in the first half?
No - the throw isn't straight and then there's a couple of knock-ons to give France a scrum 10 metres out. The scrum breaks up and France gve away a penalty, giivng England the chance to breathe with a penalty hoofed down to halfway.
