Tandy has 'all the ingredients' for Wales job - Cuthbert
Wales wing Alex Cuthbert says Scotland defence coach Steve Tandy has "all the ingredients" required for the Wales head coach vacancy.
The Welsh Rugby Union are targeting Tandy for the role after Warren Gatland left his position during this year's Six Nations.
Tandy was previously head coach of Ospreys and has been part of the coaching staff at Waratahs and for the British and Irish Lions.
