Northern Ireland's Olympic sailors Ryan Seaton and Matt McGovern have finished second overall in the 49er class at the World Cup regatta in France.

The Ireland pair finished second, third and seventh in Saturday's final three medal races in Hyeres.

That left them eight points clear of Australia's Nathan Outteridge and Iain Jensen who finished third overall.

Peter Burling and Blair Tuke from New Zealand took the gold in the event which featured 80 competitors.
