  1. Norrie holds to lovepublished at 15:15 British Summer Time 30 June

    Norrie 6-3 3-6 6-4 4-5 Bautista Agut*

A double fault at 40-0 up won't bother Cameron Norrie too much - he secures the hold of serve he needs with the very next point.

    Over to you, Roberto...

If Bautista Agut holds, we'll be heading to a deciding fifth set.

  2. Fearnley holdspublished at 15:15 British Summer Time 30 June

    Fearnley 3-3 Fonseca*

Joao Fonseca is forced deep behind the baseline where he eventually sends a forehand long to hand the game to Jacob Fearnley.

    We stay on serve.

  3. Fognini breaks backpublished at 15:14 British Summer Time 30 June

    Alcaraz 7-5 4-4 Fognini*

A crunching crosscourt winner looks to set Carlos Alcaraz on his way to comfortable hold but the Spaniard's serving issues resurface to let Fabio Fognini back in.

The Italian gets a look at a number of second serves, gets himself into the rallies and he's then able to draw the errors from Alcaraz.

After two deuces, a backhand from the defending champion goes long and it's break point for Fognini...

He gets it - and it's a gift from Alcaraz with a wild forehand that sails long.

  4. Popyrin saves break points to holdpublished at 15:14 British Summer Time 30 June

    Popyrin 4-6 1-6 6-4 3-3 Fery*

    Lovely shot Arthur Fery!

At 15-15 he just catches the line with his forehand and puts pressure on Alexei Popyrin's serve.

The Brit puts on even more pressure to being up two break points, but 20th seed Popyrin snuffs both out.

The Australian then ends up on the grass at deuce as he dives to try and get a Fery passing shot but doesn't quite manage it.

Another break point for Fery, another saved by Popyrin with a big ace out wide, but the 25-year-old sees out the game, and Fery misses the chance of a crucial break in this fourth set.

  5. Bautista Agut holdspublished at 15:13 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Norrie 6-3 3-6 6-4 3-5 Bautista Agut

Cameron Norrie is now serving to stay in the fourth set as Roberto Bautista Agut wraps up another hold of serve with his seventh ace of the match.

  6. Postpublished at 15:13 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 2-3 Fonseca

Jacob Fearnley is preparing for his first serve of this game when umpire Arnaud Gabas has to stop the Briton in his tracks.

A fair number of spectators have just filtered back into Court One and were slow in taking their seats.

  7. Fonseca holdspublished at 15:11 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 2-3 Fonseca

Jacob Fearnley is unable to ask the same questions of Joao Fonseca's serve, but looks slightly more competitive than he did in the Brazilian's opening two games.

    Fonseca holds to 30.

  8. Postpublished at 15:09 British Summer Time 30 June

    Fearnley 2-2 Fonseca*

A round of applause ripples around Court One after umpire Arnaud Gabas politely asks a spectator to "please put your phone on silent mode".

  9. Norrie saves break pointspublished at 15:08 British Summer Time 30 June

    Norrie 6-3 3-6 6-4 3-4 Bautista Agut*

How will Cam Norrie respond to that rather meek surrender of serve in the previous game?

Well, there's no instant reply for the Brit as Roberto Bautista Agut holds comfortably to back up that break.

And Bautista Agut has two more break points for a 5-2 lead - but Norrie stands tall and saves the second of them with an ace, before holding serve to trail 4-3.

  10. Fearnley holdspublished at 15:07 British Summer Time 30 June

    Fearnley 2-2 Fonseca*

We flew through the opening three games but this one is requiring a lot of energy from both sides of the net to try and get over the line.

Jacob Fearnley saves a fourth break point before going on to seal the hold.

  11. Fognini holdspublished at 15:07 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Alcaraz 7-5 4-3 Fognini

Solid hold from Fabio Fognini to keep it at just the one break in this second set.

Like Alcaraz, the Italian has also been plagued by unforced errors today - his 24 just one shy of his opponent's 25.

To have any chance of getting back into this match, he'll have to cut out those mistakes.

  12. Fery holdspublished at 15:07 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Popyrin 4-6 1-6 6-4 2-3 Fery

Arthur Fery leads the way on total points scored in this first round match with 101.

The Briton also leads again on the scoreboard in this fourth set.

It is a more comfortable hold this time for the wildcard having been taken to deuce by Alexei Popyrin in his first two.

    Who will blink first?

  13. Break point Fonsecapublished at 15:06 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 1-2 Fonseca

Jacob Fearnley's footwear might need changing soon. The Briton slips again and Joao Fonseca seizes the opportunity to fire a winner down the line.

  14. Fourth deucepublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 1-2 Fonseca

Jacob Fearnley gets it back to deuce for a third time and then for the first time in this game gets within a point of holding when he forces it beyond Joao Fonseca.

  15. 'Alcaraz still managing to enjoy himself'published at 15:05 British Summer Time 30 June

    Alcaraz 7-5 4-2 Fognini*

    Tim Henman
Former British number one on BBC One

I thought both of these players were right-handed, but Fabio Fognini has just hit a very effective left-handed forehand down the line?!

Carlos Alcaraz was at full-stretch for that backhand volley.

The Spaniard isn't playing his best but he is still managing to enjoy himself.

  16. Alcaraz holds to lovepublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 30 June

    Alcaraz 7-5 4-2 Fognini*

    Break consolidated.

Carlos Alcaraz, despite being a long way from his brilliant best, is well on his way to a two-set lead.

The crowd enjoy an entertaining rally to end the game, nice play at the net from both players before Alcaraz has to run back and stretch to reach a backhand volley.

He does so and gets it over the net with Fognini scrabbling around near the umpire's chair after his previous shot.

  17. Break point Fonsecapublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 1-2 Fonseca

Joao Fonseca is not going away.

The Brazilian profits from a stray Jacob Fearnley forehand to get a third break point.

  18. Popyrin holdspublished at 15:03 British Summer Time 30 June

    Popyrin 4-6 1-6 6-4 2-2 Fery*

It really is glorious sunshine out on court 15 and the spectators are getting treated to some glorious tennis too.

Alexei Popyrin and Arthur Fery trade blows at the net but it is the 20th seed who comes out on top in the game and holds to keep everything level in this fourth set.

  19. Second deucepublished at 15:03 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 1-2 Fonseca

Jacob Fearnley is caught flat-footed and the ball double bounces just before he returns over the net.

Fearnley didn't realise that was the case and wanted to continue playing but it's the correct call to give Joao Fonseca another break point.

The Briton defends well once more to hang on.

  20. Deucepublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 30 June

    *Fearnley 1-2 Fonseca

Very impressive from Jacob Fearnley under pressure as he whips a forehand flush on to the baseline for deuce.
