    Maybe it's the toughest challenge - to stay healthy against the very best these days.

    It came unstuck [for Djokovic] at the Australian Open for the same reason. Physically, it gets that much tougher to hold up.

    Djokovic probably would still be alright against 99% of the draw but you're playing Sinner, who has such intensity with his ball-striking and the pace and weight of shot that you're up against time and again. If you're not physically perfect, that's going to take a toll.
