    Tiafoe v Evans

Frances Tiafoe arrives at Queen's in decent form after reaching the French Open quarter-finals.

But the American, who is the seventh seed, has not fared too well on the grass over the years.

Tiafoe has never gone beyond the fourth round at Wimbledon and he has picked up just one ATP title on grass.

Dan Evans has been on a rollercoaster over the past couple of years.

Just under two years ago, Evans reached a career-high 21st in the world but he has since slipped down the rankings and currently sits 199th.

The 35-year-old told the BBC 5 Live Tennis programme back in May that he still has his sights set on being a top-100 player.

"I'm enjoying playing tennis - I'm not enjoying where my ranking is, of course," Evans said.

"I'm still trying. I think I will get back inside the top 100 and that's my goal

"It will be a pretty good story to have dropped down to such a bad ranking and get back up."

First up on the agenda for us today is world number 13 Frances Tiafoe against 217th-ranked Dan Evans.

Briton Evans is eight years the senior of his American opponent and has lost six of their nine meetings.

Tiafoe has won five of their past six encounters, although Evans was forced to retire in one of those losses.

All nine of their previous matches have taken place on the hard courts.
