Zverev reminds me of Tomas Berdych - the nearly man.

Zverev was resigned to losing from the end of the first set, in my opinion.

He slumps onto his seat looking forlorn. Then he hunches forward and covers his face with a towel.

Still the best player yet to win a major. Nobody wants that moniker.

It definitely wasn't the best of Grand Slam finals, but it was a clinical performance from Jannik Sinner.

It never really looked in doubt for the world number one, who didn't offer up a single break point to Alexander Zverev.

The only way which Jannik Sinner was going to seal this win.

    Cool, calm and completely collected.

The match point was a microcosm of the final, really - Sinner retaining clarity of mind to execute when it really mattered.

Even the celebration is ice cold.

This match has just been a situation where Alexander Zverev has had very few chances.

But, when he has had chances, he hasn't gone for them at all!

He hasn't even remotely looked like he was going to take them.

Laughable that Zverev is world number two. The standard of tennis has massively dropped off the past few years.

Another miss from Jannik Sinner, but he follows that up with a sizzling forehand strike that is way out of Alexander Zverev's reach.

But there's the hold and it's up to Sinner to serve out the Championship.

So far so good as two misses from Jannik Sinner hand him a 30-0 lead.

I guess Alexander Zverev is just so frustrated. He is almost saying to himself: 'Where has that been?'

He has just thrown a couple of great points in there, but he has just had a few shockers tonight.

He must be so frustrated by it, thinking: 'What is happening? I know I can do these shots.' In normal conditions, he literally does them all day! He is able to run a player around and smack a winner.
