Ufff. What a way to take the set. A huge ace to round off a pretty dominant set from Matteo Berrettini.

Game on.

Ohhhh. Centre Court loved that. Jannik Sinner pulls off the tweener from the back of the court after Matteo Berrettini's lob shot but it leaves him stranded at the back of the court and Berrettini volleys for 15-0.

Always a crowd pleaser that shot.

Jannik Sinner races out to 40-0 but a double fault lets Matteo Berrettini back in then Sinner tries to scoop his shot to the back of the court but completely misjudges it.

He gets the job done on the next point with a big serve.

Berrettini will have to serve for the set.

Matteo Berrettini not giving Jannik Sinner an inch in this third set. It has been played at a much quicker tempo than any of the previous ones and he is one game from making this match very interesting.

Lovely touch at the net from the world number 59 to take the hold to 30.

A real spring in Berrettini's step as he went to collect his towel He really has upped his game at the start of the third set.

His serve is one of his major weapons and he has been trending in the right direction,

Jannik Sinner saves the first break point but is left scrambling to the far corner on the second and is off balance returning the forehand. Matteo Berrettini only has to nudge his volley back over the net.

Is there something in this for Berrettini yet?

Matteo Berrettini looks on his way to a double break at 0-30 but misses the forehand to let Jannik Sinner back in.

But, the world number one hands his compatriot two break points when he sends a tricky backhand to the feet of Sinner and he can only nudge into the net.

Ahh that's unlucky from Jannik Sinner but brilliant from Matteo Berrettini.

He nudges a little volley over the net and Sinner miraculously reaches it but his return is just wide.

Has going two sets down just given Berrettini a bit of freedom to play?

Well that's about as no-nonsense as it gets from Matteo Berrettini.

It's been a while since we've seen such a straightforward service game but the 28-year-old gets the job done with an impressive hold to love.

I like the energy of Berrettini, he’s showing Sinner that he is up for the fight.

Matteo Berrettini has looked pretty confident in this third set so far but he's just showing a few signs of frustration as he misses a couple of forehands.

A brilliant drop shot from Jannik Sinner leaves Berrettini stuck at the net and Sinner plays a nifty forehand past him.

The world number one is on the board in set three.

A sizzling ace to take us back to deuce is followed by another big serve which Jannik Sinner can only push into the net.

He finally wraps up the game with a cross-court forehand to consolidate that break.

Matteo Berrettini looks to catch Jannik Sinner out by placing behind him as he goes to move away but the 22-year-old is wise to it and quickly recovers to make the passing forehand and take us to deuce.

Berrettini edges ahead but is again pegged back by the world number one, who sends a backhand whistling past Berrettini at the net.

Break back point.

Jannik Sinner has a sniff and gets back in for 15-30 but his compatriot nails an ace on his second serve to level things up.

Sinner then sends one just long for 40-30. He challenges the call but it's good.

Matteo Berrettini looks really up for this but he fumbles a simple drop shot that he should be winning.

A tad over-aggressive perhaps.

From Sinner’s point of view he has done very well to win two tie-breaks but he can’t take his foot off the gas. He needs to keep up that intensity.

That's unusual. Jannik Sinner shanks his forehand and sends it miles out of the back of the court.

He can only stick out a racket to meet Matteo Berrettini's forehand and that brings up a break point for the world number 59.
