*Fearnley 3-4 Djokovic
Ah. Just as Fearnley was playing his best tennis he nets twice to slip to 30-40. First break point.

An Australian voice in front of me calls out "way to go, Katie" as she serves for the opening set. It belongs to her boyfriend Alex de Minaur, who has just arrived after already taking care of business in his own second-round match, defeating Jaume Munar in straight sets on court three.
*Fearnley 3-4 Djokovic
Brilliant from Jacob Fearnley who moves to 30-15 thanks to a cracking crosscourt shot and then a fab forehand passing winner.
The Briton has found his groove.
Dimitrov 5-7 5-4 Shang*
Shang Juncheng is looking to cause an upset on court 12 as he currently leads 10th seed Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria by a set.
The 20-year-old Chinese player didn’t pass the first round in his maiden Wimbledon last year.
Xinyu 6-4 Pegula*

“The slice is a good option” is what Jessica Pegula’s team are telling her between points.
She’s in trouble on court three as Xinyu Wang takes the first set.
“Move those feet, come on, now you’re ready” comes next as Pegula doesn’t look too happy.

There have been a few more unforced errors than we're used to seeing in the early stages from Novak Djokovic.
Boulter 6-4 Dart
Katie Boulter has won six of her seven previous meetings with Harriet Dart and wraps up the first set on Court One after being unable to convert two previous set points.

"Shhhhh."
The liquid lunchers waiting to get into Centre Court are told to zip it when they get a bit too excited.
Djokovic is forced to abort his serve but composes himself and goes on to earn another hold.
Each player has dropped just three points on serve so far.
*Fearnley 3-4 Djokovic
Novak Djokovic retakes the lead as we pace towards the end of the first set.
The Serb holds to 15, getting over the line with a sneaky drop-shot - his first of the day - which a scampering Jacob Fearnley can only pop into the net.
"New balls please" booms the chair umpire.
*Boulter 5-4 Dart
Two set points for Katie Boulter.
It's a day of big choices for the nation.
BBC One has the Katie Boulter v Harriet Dart match.
BBC Two has Jacob Fearnley v Novak Djokovic.
BBC Red Button currently has the match between Marta Kostyuk and Daria Seville.

Fearnley 3-3 Djokovic*
Jacob Fearnley continues his fine start, holding to 30.
Neither player has shown any weakness on serve so far. We're still waiting for our first break point.
*Boulter 5-4 Dart
Katie Boulter has had a chance to wrap up the first set, but could not take it and Harriet Dart does respond by taking the game.
Boulter, with the break advantage, will now be serving for the set.

Anyone into omens? Here's one for Jacob Fearnley.
Novak Djokovic has dropped the opening set in each of his past three matches against British opponents at Wimbledon.
Cameron Norrie in the 2022 semi-final. Jack Draper in the 2021 first round. And Kyle Edmund in the 2018 third round.
On each occasion Djokovic went on to win in four sets.
*Fearnley 2-3 Djokovic
I like the 90s boybander analogy from Jonathan (see 13:51). The all-white get-up of Wimbledon is giving Backstreet Boys vibes.
Fearnley's also got a chunky necklace on which leans into the turn-of-the-millennium look.
Right, fashion chat over and back to the tennis. Djokovic holds to 15 to retake the lead.
*Harris 6-4 6-7 (5-7) 2-1 Shelton
Ben Shelton has rallied and levelled at one set each over on court 18. The American won in five sets in round one.
Lloyd Harris took a medical timeout a few games ago, and continues to look laboured, which could be something to keep an eye on.
Boulter 5-3 Dart*
Alan Jewell
BBC Sport at Wimbledon
A tap of the racquet in appreciation from Katie Boulter to acknowledge a superb backhand lob from Harriet Dart. If she hadn't found the target, Dart would have been two points away from losing the opening set.
Boulter 5-3 Dart*
A hold to 30 from Katie Boulter, although Harriet Dart did produce a lovely service return which bounced off the baseline. But that takes Boulter one game away from clinching the opening set.

The sun is shining and the weather is sweet, yeah.
A bit of a cool breeze, mind.
Djokovic has the cap out already. He's gone tourist dad in the traditional position of peak at the front.
Fearnley, with his hat on back to front, looks like a 90s boybander.
