Danielle Collins still doesn't look to happy out there. She's struggling to move around the court and leans over to clutch her right leg as Krejcikova holds to 15.

Peerless stuff from Novak Djokovic, who cruises through another service game to take the first set. The 37-year-old Serb wins a brilliant rally to go 40-15 as Holger Rune fluffs a chance at the net.

Djokovic seals the set in 29 minutes with an emphatic ace straight down the middle.

A warm round of applause as Danielle Collins comes back on to court with some strapping around her left thigh.

It has been over seven minutes since the last point. Barbora Krejcikova wrapped herself up in a couple of towels and was pacing up and down the court to try and stay loose.

We're back under way and a Collins double fault sees Krejcikova take the game to love.

Sometimes you wonder whether Rune is just overthinking at times because in these big matches the nerves are on show.

Holger Rune is starting to move across the court quickly and with a little more purpose now. He's seemingly shaken off those early nerves, but keeps finding the net on his return.

There's a few grunts of frustration from the Dane in that game. He must recompose himself now to avoid losing the set on his serve.

It's not quite clear what the injury is as Danielle Collins directs the physios to her calf, hip and then hamstring.

Collins retreats down the tunnel for treatment and Barbora Krejcikova takes a seat at the side of the court.

The Czech, who was just starting to build some serious momentum, starts to re-grip her racquet as she waits patiently.

The American has just gone across to have a word with the umpire, who gets on her phone to pass on a message. Not too sure what that was about but we're back under way and Barbora Krejcikova holds to love.

Novak Djokovic's return hits the net giving Holger Rune a chance to volley. Somehow Djokovic gets a racquet on it but his backhand lob is long. Deuce.

A crucial ace from Holger Rune - the first of the match - banged down the centre brings it back 30 all in the fifth. But the Dane again strikes the net to give Djokovic another break point opportunity.

That is probably the one area where you feel like Novak Djokovic’s movement is still an issue.

The fact he doesn’t bounce off his serve and recover as quickly as we’re used to seeing from him.

Holger Rune's tennis IQ is very high. He likes to play those dinky points and he's got very good tennis IQ.

He wants to improve at an extremely high rate like Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. I think he just needs to stay patient.

Just the second time Holger Rune has played on Centre Court at Wimbledon so nerves are understandable. Novak Djokovic, wearing a heavy grey strapping on his knee, seems supremely confident at the moment as he clinically closes out the fourth game.

"Stand tall Holger," a woman behind me shouts.

A smile and a chuckle from Holger Rune as he gets his first point on the board on serve. Some fans wearing red Danish football shirts applaud, slightly more stoney-faced.
