With three reds forming a little triangle and six reds below the black spot the table is looking a little tricky.
World number 43 Jackson Page drains a mid-range red but can't get a decent position on the pink. He has a go anyway but that is never dropping in the middle at that pace.
Ronnie O'Sullivan has the same problem and makes just nine. Page responds with a nine of his own. At the moment more on par with scoring down the local club.

Great effort. His break ends on 14 mind and he then fouls on a red that he nudges with his cue while watching where the white is going. Very careless.

Bar a superb 142 break Jackson Page struggled with his cue-ball control on Wednesday and makes a right hash of an early opportunity to get going.
He sends the white flying up the table off the black to leave no pot on a red and then gets his safety all wrong to leave his opponent with a mid-range opener.

O'Sullivan, 48, is looking to move clear of Stephen Hendry's seven Crucible successes and holds an emphatic 8-1 lead over 22-year-old Page, the world number 43.
Breaks of 54, 56, 81, 122, 66 and 53 left O'Sullivan needing to win only two frames when the match resumes on Thursday afternoon.
Page, who reached the last 16 in his other Crucible appearance in 2022, made a break of 142 - the joint highest in the tournament so far.
However, the rest of the session was difficult for him as he only scored 27 or fewer points in seven of the nine frames.
