Shoppers views on HMV's troubles

Shoppers on London's Oxford Street have been giving their views on the announcement by HMV that it is to appoint an administrator.

The music retailer is expected to keep its 239 stores open while Deloitte assesses the business.

Some customers have expressed disappointment that the firm said it would not be accepting existing gift vouchers.
