Motorists say fuel prices rise and rise

The Office of Fair Trading had conducted a report of the UK petrol and diesel market which found that the market was "working well".

It said that there was little evidence of petrol and diesel prices increasing when oil prices rise, but falling slowly when prices drop.

Motorists in Plymouth told BBC News that they have seen fuel prices keep rising and rarely fall.
