Osborne: UK recovery still 'fragile'

The chancellor has warned that the recovery of the UK economy is still fragile .

George Osborne commended the Governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney, saying he had a clear approach to monetary policy and interest rates.

He told the BBC's Jon Sopel that the government would continue to "bear down" on the budget deficit.
