Help to Buy 'less than responsible'

Bringing forward the second phase of the Help to Buy scheme in England is "less than responsible", the British Chamber of Commerce has said.

Critics say the scheme does not address the issue of high demand for a limited supply of properties, prompting concerns about affordability.
