Oxfam boss visits charity's shop and frontline in Zambia

Oxfam's new chief executive Mark Goldring talks about the challenge of fundraising during tough economic times.

He spent time both working in the charity's Bury shop and seeing firsthand how the money raised was used in Zambia, so he could better convey what Oxfam actually does.

"The week's profits from that shop in Bury was able to buy two cows which have helped two families make a living, but will help many other families make a living as the calves get passed on," he says.
