Justin Welby: Consumer trust in banks will take 'generation'

The Archbishop of Canterbury has said it will take a generation for the banking industry to regain customer trust following the financial crisis.

Justin Welby participated in Radio 4's Today programme, which was guest-edited by the new chief executive of Barclays, Antony Jenkins.
