Co-op Group 'must have simplified business model'

The Co-op Group must develop a "more collaborative" method to making decisions, the Co-operative Movement's Jo Bird has said.

Her comments come as the organisation's latest consultation period, entitled Have Your Say, has closed.

Speaking to the Today programme's Simon Jack, Ms Bird added that the business model should be "simplified", but must not be run as a PLC.
